Our initiatives champion dignity, safety and wellbeing through programs such as POSH awareness, shuttle mobility, day care support, health & wellness drives and women-centric empowerment. Together, they form a culture where humanity strengthens performance — and purpose strengthens growth.

POSH

ATS firmly believes in the dignity and equality for all, irrespective of gender; However, we also believe that mental and physical safety of women at workplace is sacrosanct and cannot be compromised, under any circumstances.

In keeping with our objective, we conduct regular training and awareness sessions for the purpose of Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace (POSH), in accordance to the Supreme Court’s Vishaka guidelines.

Shuttle Service

More often than not, people find it challenging to commute to and from work owing to crowded buses, sweaty weather, never ending traffic, the list is endless. To make our employees avoid such travails, we provide convenient shuttle services to the nearest metro stations, every working day.

Day Care Facility

The day care facility provides supervision and care to our tiny tots and young children during the daytime, so their parents can work with a complete peace of mind.
