Through structured academies, skill certifications and leadership development, we empower every individual to take charge of their potential and contribute to something greater than themselves.

ATLAS

During pandemic, we realised the potential of upskilling of our employees, especially at sites and therefore launched ‘ATLAS – ATS Learning Academy for Site’.

In keeping with the national initiatives of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna, ATLAS aims to offer various skill trainings to site workers organised by the Construction Skill Development Council of India (CSDCI), under National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).

ATS is one of the training partners with CSDCI for training under the following categories:

  • Masonry
  • Bar Bendering & Steel Fixer
  • Shuttering Carpente
